Computer???

OK, Mom wants a laptop. She feels it would really help her, because it is hard for her to maneuver into and out of the den to use the desktop. So! Any $$$ help would be great. We want a large screen and a webcam, not sure of the gigs and bites, We want to get the done by say two weeks. It's a suprise, so hush.
